Can anyone provide a reference pertaining to the Kentfield Pain clinic
directed by Dr. Paul Davidson. They apparently specialize in treatments
relating to fibromyalgia.

I have a friend who has gone there, to the Fibromyalgia Clinic.
He feels it is very worthwhile. Another friend, who has RA, went there
to the Pain Clinic, was put on morphine!!!
