Question:
I have chronic active epstein barr virus and am looking for ways to get it 'deactivated'.
In the past, I know when its reactivated and when it is 'deactivated'.
However, it has been reactivated for about ten years now and does not appear to be lessening.
I'm thinking that vaccinations might reactivate the virus or at least keep the reactivated
version going. I'm wondering about taking the flu shot this year -
usually I take the flu shot but perhaps it is keeping the virus in its more active form.
Anyone know of places to look on the internet regarding info on chronic active epstein barr
and treatments for it?
Answer:
I don't think skipping the flu vaccination will help you.
But he has written a long post about his result with
diet and that is the case largely with me with my herpes virus
infection. So I cannot say that the same thing that helped me
the most will help others. That is the use of Undenatured Whey
Protein which is available under several names. If you don't wish to
search the archives for articles about this class of product I will
be happy to send you one of my updates (which to save rewriting I have
saved. The point of the whey is to help strengthen the immune system
in various ways. Seems to be slowly helping me.
