is there a diet for fibromyalgia????

Question:
Would anyone know if there is a diet for fibromyalgia. please e-mail reply

Answer:
The Zone Diet.I heard a chat on the radio with the guy who wrote the book and he was followed by a nutritionist/researcher from UCLA.....basically The Zone Diet didn't seem to hold much water and the guy who came up with it seemed.like a book world version of a spammer. Lots of hype and questionable.

You can access the interviews at http://www.kcrw.org look up the program "Good Food" and scroll down the list of past shows, it will come up. You'll need RealAudio to hear it.

High Protein - Lots of fresh veggies & in-season food .low carb, low sugar, low fat...is the best way for me and staying away from foods with additives and that are processed.

And thats not the Zone Diet.I try to eat "primitive" foods completely natural and fresh...and that includes cooking meat on bones to get the collagen -amino acids out!
