Question:
I have been told that the disease i have Fibromyalgia is a form of Arthritis, is this true?

Answer:
Not really, although the Arthritis Foundation is the organization that publicly supports the existence of and coping methods for Fibromyalgia, and since many rheumatologists are the ones giving the diagnosis, it may seem like it's a form of arthritis. Actually, arthritis affects the joints; while FM affects the muscles and other soft tissues of the body.
